SIJHL announces suspensions
THUNDER BAY, Ont. – Superior International Junior Hockey League Commissioner Bryan Graham announced Saturday the following player suspensions for their actions in a SIJHL game held on Friday, Feb. 27, English River Miners vs. Minnesota Iron Rangers at Hoyt Lakes Arena:
AARON BEAUCHAMP, (D) ENGLISH RIVER MINERS – ONE (1) GAME
PRESTON KUGLER, (D) MINNESOTA IRON RANGERS – ONE (1) GAME
Both players are suspended for one game for receiving fighting majors and automatic game misconducts along with subsequent second game misconducts incurred for a secondary altercation as per league bylaw/regulation 7.1.
These suspensions will be served during the following game:
