Boston, Mass. — St. Louis Blues defenceman Robert Bortuzzo became the first alumnus of the Superior International Junior Hockey League to win a Stanley Cup Wednesday after his side defeated the Boston Bruins 4-1 in Game 7 of the final.
Bortuzzo played his Jr. A hockey in his hometown of Thunder Bay with the local North Stars organization.
