“He is a bit of a late bloomer and under our guidance, improved immensely for our team last season,” adde Strachan.

“He skates well, improved his puck skills and has a dangerous shot from the point. With added strength and being physical consistently we feel Robbie could round his game into one of the best in the SIJHL next season.

“Isaiah is a extremely skilled player who is a strong skater, has good offensive instincts and plays a physical game,”said Strachan.

“He had many opportunities from other junior leagues but chose the Lakers for the opportunity we can give him. We are excited to have Isaiah join our hockey club and look forward to seeing him in action in late August.”

The Lakers will be holding a Summer Camp July 17-19.

This three-day camp is open to eligible free agent players born between 1995 and 1999 and will be held at Bronco Arena in International Falls, Minn.
