North Stars – Iron Rangers semifinal schedule announced
THUNDER BAY, Ont. – The Superior International Junior Hockey League announced Tuesday the game schedule for the upcoming semifinal series between the No. 2 Thunder Bay North Stars and No. 3 Minnesota Iron Rangers.
Action will get underway this Friday and Saturday, March 28-29, with games 1 and 2 at the Fort William Gardens in Thunder Bay.
Note, each of these contests will feature an 8 p.m. start time.
The series will then shift to Hoyt Lakes Arena in Minnesota for games 3 and 4 on April 1-2 at 7 p.m.
If required, game 5 will be held on April 4 back in Thunder Bay with a 7:30 p.m. start at the Gardens.
Game 6 if needed would go April 6 at 3 p.m. in Hoyt Lakes while, if necessary, the North Stars would host game 7 on April 8 at 7:30 p.m. back at the Fort William Gardens.
The game schedule for the league’s other semifinal series between the No. 1 Fort Frances Lakers and No. 4 English River Miners will be announced once it has been finalized.
