Gongshow Gear named sponsor of SIJHL performer of the month award
THUNDER BAY – The Superior International Junior Hockey League announced today that Gongshow Gear Inc. will serve as the premier sponsor of the SIJHL’s performer of the month award, which will be presented throughout the course of the 2013-14 season.
As part of the partnership agreement reached between the two sides, Gongshow Gear Inc. has been named the official lifestyle hockey apparel of the SIJHL.
Gongshow Gear will also become the sponsor of the SIJHL playoff most valuable player award along with other league ventures.
“We are very extremely pleased to have Gongshow Gear Inc. come on board as a corporate partner of the league,” offered SIJHL President/Commissioner Ron Whitehead.
“Gongshow Gear has become a brand name in the lifestyle apparel market in all levels of hockey, including in the Jr. A ranks, and we are very excited to have them be part of the SIJHL,” added Whitehead.
The opening Gong Show Gear performer of the month award will be announced later today.
