Iron Rangers to hold camp Aug. 23-29

HOYT LAKES, Minn. — The Minnesota Iron Rangers of the Superior International Junior Hockey League have announced the dates and times of a tryout camp to be held at Hoyt Lakes Arena Aug. 23-29.

Cost for the camp, which includes housing for participants, for the new locally owned club is $200.

The schedule is as follows:

Aug. 23
5 p.m.:  Report to Hoyt Lakes Ice Arena for an informational meeting about the camp schedule and the first few weeks of the season.

Aug. 24
8 a.m.: Report at the arena for dryland training. 

Aug. 25
3 p.m.: Dryland at the arena followed by on-ice session.

Aug. 26-29
10 a.m. On-ice with dryland following each ice session.

The length of each dryland will vary, but on Aug. 29, players will be done by 1 p.m.
