Norskies win streak reaches double digits in victory at Fort France

FORT FRANCES, Ont. – The red-hot Thief River Falls Norskies picked up two points apiece from Parker Simonson, Jared Pedersen and Connor Bowey to help propel them to their 10th consecutive Superior International Junior Hockey League victory Saturday as they defeated the Fort Frances Lakers 3-1 at Ice for Kids Arena.

Thief River Falls was quick to gain the advantage in the contest as they tallied twice before the first period was 10 minutes old on markers from Alec Daman and Pedersen.

Noah Loveday got one back for Fort Frances at 5:30 of the middle stanza only too Simonson match that at 16:45 in what turned out to be the final goal of the night.
